SUMMARY:Provincial Priors Summer BBQ
DESCRIPTION:Our Provincial Prior requests the pleasure of your company\, along with your family and friends to attend a special afternoon “Informal” meeting to be held at Kings Court Masonic Centre\, 81 Winchester Road\, Chandler’s Ford\, Eastleigh SO53 2GG on Sunday 6th July 2025 commencing at 1300 hrs until approximately 1600 hrs. \nThis event will be our Provincial Priors last event as Provincial Prior making it a very special occasion for him. It will be his pleasure to welcome you all in a relaxed format to socialise with fellow Knights and their families from across the Province whilst enjoying a delicious BBQ. A bar service will also be available during the day for wines\, beers and soft drinks. \nHe is particularly hoping that the new 2025/2026 Provincial Oficers will attend in order to meet the team. \nIn order to make suitable arrangements\, will you please let me know the names of those attending confirming that you have paid by BACS or send a cheque to my home address above. \nThe Provincial Priory of Hampshire and IOW 30 98 97 50051562 Please use ref BBQ and name. \nThe cost of the BBQ is £17.50 per head (children under age 8\, £8.75) to include a selection of BBQ choices including salads and a vegetarian option.\nAll money raised will go to the Eye Hospital in Jerusalem\, raffle prizes gratefully received on the day.\nPlease RSVP as soon as convenient to martin.colley@yahoo.co.uk
